On September 5, CRBC successfully won the bid for the "Construction Project of Public Housing at 373 Lai Chi Kok Road, Sham Shui Po". This project is part of Hong Kong's public housing improvement plan, aiming to improve the living environment of the Sham Shui Po area and meet the housing needs of local residents.
The scope of works comprises a 31-storey residential tower with a height of 109.9 meters, together with a pre-school child care service centre, a social work service office, a district elderly centre branch and a Housing Authority office.
The Public Housing Development Plan is a key livelihood initiative heavily prioritized by the Hong Kong Government in recent years. Keeping a close eye on these market trends, CRBC has strived to expand its share in the building construction market amidst fierce competition. This successful bid also marks the Company's very first entry into the Hong Kong Housing Department's public housing market.
