On 9 October 2026, "Construction Industry Safety Week 2026"—jointly organized by the Labour Department and the Occupational Safety and Health Council—was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. With over 800 projects participating in the competition, CRBC (Hong Kong) secured three major awards across two projects and received a total of eleven certificates of merit for five projects.

Launched this year, the "Construction Industry Safety Excellence Awards" integrate the long-standing "Construction Industry Safety Award Scheme" and "Construction Industry Safety Promotion Campaign." Co-organized and supported by various government departments, authorities, chambers of commerce, and labor unions, the awards aim to further enhance the construction industry's safety culture, recognize organizations and frontline workers who excel in occupational safety and health (OSH) management and practices, and establish industry benchmarks for safety. The competition featured nine award categories, including Best Construction Method, Best Lifting Operation Safety Plan, Best Working-at-Height and Off-Ground Work Safety Plan, Best Safety Culture Site, Best OSH Maintenance Contractor, and Model Safety Workers in categories such as working-at-height, lift and escalator maintenance, electrical work, and lifting operations. The Sha Tin Trunk Road T4 project won the Silver Award for Best Construction Method and the Bronze Award for Design-for-Safety Performance, while the Yuen Long South Phase 1 Development project won the Bronze Award for Best Working-at-Height and Off-Ground Work Safety Plan.
CRBC (Hong Kong) deeply integrates the operational philosophy of "Safety First, Life First" throughout the entire project lifecycle, prioritizing safe working conditions during design, engineering planning, construction, and supervision. It also actively employs innovative technologies in project safety management with remarkable results, earning high praise from clients and the industry alike. These awards further enhance the brand image of CRBC.
