Our parent company, China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) is one of the four largest state-owned enterprises in China that first entered the international engineering contracting market. Its core businesses cover engineering contracting for roads, bridges, ports, railways, airports, real estate and industrial parks, while also providing fully integrated full-chain services of investment, development and operations. CRBC has a global business presence, with operations in 69 countries and regions across six continents: Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas. It also has three regional centers in Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Latin America, as well as a regional market development centre in West and Central Africa, forming an extensive global business network. CRBC (HK) established a presence in Hong Kong in 1988. As one of leading contractors in Hong Kong construction market, CRBC (HK) obtained Confirmed Group C status in all five categories in the List of Approved Contractors for Public Works maintained by the Development Bureau of HKSAR, including Buildings, Roads and Drainage, Port Works, Site Formation and Waterworks. CRBC (HK) has a sound management system and holds ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO50001 certifications accredited by the Hong Kong Certification Body Accreditation Service (HKCAS) and the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).

Management
Mr. Liu is a Bachelor's degree holder of Chongqing Jiaotong University and a Master's degree holder of Chang’an University. He joined China Road and Bridge Corporation in 2010 and was assigned to Hong Kong in 2014. Mr. Liu is a professor-level senior engineer of the People's Republic of China, Registered and Qualified Contractor (Road Construction), member of Institution of Civil Engineers and Certified Project Manager of the International Project Management Association. He was appointed as a Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong) since 2020, and General Manager of China Road and Bridge (H.K) Limited since 2024. He assists Mr. Wang on the engineering business development, project management, innovation and R&D projects in Hong Kong. Mr. Liu has over 20 years relevant experience.
Mr. Liu graduated from Changsha University of Science and Technology. He commenced his career with China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) in 1996 and was seconded to the Company’s Hong Kong Office in 2006. He holds the professional qualification of Senior Accountant (PRC Qualification). He was appointed Chief Financial Officer (Hong Kong and Macau Region) of China Road and Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd. in 2012, overseeing the overall financial management and corporate tax planning for Hong Kong and Macau businesses. In 2020, he was appointed Deputy General Manager (Hong Kong Region), responsible for the investment and financing businesses of subsidiary companies. With over 20 years of in-depth experience in overseas operation and management, he has developed profound professional expertise in overseas institutional comprehensive governance, investment project evaluation, capital risk prevention and control, as well as corporate legal affairs management.
Mr. Lv graduated from Changsha University of Science and Technology (formerly know as Changsha Communications Institute) and joined China Road and Bridge Corporation in 1999. He is The Senior Accountant in People's Republic of China. He was accredited to Hong Kong in 2021 and being as the Chief Financial Officer of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong). He is mainly responsible for financial accounting, fund management, and tax managing and planning of our Hong Kong office. Mr. Lv with years of experience working in Africa, he possesses extensive overseas financial experience and professional capabilities in investment and financing management.
Mr. Cai Lixu is the Deputy General Manager of China Road & Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong) and China Road & Bridge (Hong Kong) Ltd. Since joining the company in 2001 and relocating to Hong Kong in 2006, he has accumulated over 25 years of international engineering experience across regions such as Kenya, Tanzania, Macao, and Guangdong.
Holding the titles of Professor-level Senior Engineer and Registered Cost Engineer in Water Transport, Mr. Cai currently assists Managing Director Wang Yanhua in overseeing the branch's market development, project tendering, project management, and technological innovation.
Mr. Raymond Mau is a Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong). He graduated from University of Surrey, U.K. with a bachelor’s degree and joined the Company in 1996. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He has been the Deputy General Manager since 2008. He is responsible for project managment and has involved in several maga-projects with over 30 years relevant experience.
Mr. William Kwok is a Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong). Mr. Kwok obtained his bachelor’s degree from Ottawa University, Canada and joined the Company in 1993. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He has been the Deputy General Manager since 2020. He is responsible for project management, HSQE (health, safety, quality assurance and environment) in our Hong Kong office with more than 30 years relevant experience.
