Recently, the results of the 2025 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao First BIM Application Competition and the 7th Guangdong BIM Application Competition, jointly organized by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Guangdong Province, the Development Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, the Guangdong BIM Technology Alliance, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Building Technology Alliance, the Construction Industry Council of Hong Kong, and the Macao Civil Engineering Laboratory, have been officially announced after multiple rounds of rigorous evaluation, including preliminary review, online voting, and final review.

The competition in the Greater Bay Area Application Group was fierce, with only three first-prize winners. Two projects from CRBC Hong Kong), namely Siu Ho Wan Water Treatment Works and Design-Build-Operate Contract for the Phase 1 District Cooling System (DCS) at Kwu Tung North New Development Area, both won first prizes, achieving remarkable results. These two honors fully demonstrate the comprehensive strength of CRBC (Hong Kong) in BIM digital applications in large-scale water infrastructure and low-carbon energy projects in the Northern Metropolis, showcasing the company's deep technical accumulation in the infrastructure market of Greater Bay Area and its promotion of smart construction.
